From MailEr’s appealing interface you can easily compose and send out email messages to any of your contacts. Furthermore, you can schedule messages to be sent out automatically and you can manage a list of scheduled email messages.

The system requirements for running MailEr are: Intel Core 2 processor or better, 1GB of RAM memory or more, at least 70MB of free disk space, .NET Framework or newer, Windows Vista/7/8 operating system, active internet connection.

A simple setup wizard will help you quickly install MailEr on your Windows-powered machine. Once you’re done and you run MailEr for the first time, you will be asked to register (it will take little time to register) and then you will be asked to add an email account (Gmail, Outlook.com, iCloud, Yahoo!, AOL, Mail.com, or custom account).

While MailEr is running you will see an envelope icon in the system tray. Double click it and you will be presented with a control panel from which you can access the application’s settings, compose a new email, manage a list of contacts, and so on. Everything is clearly displayed on the control panel and you can very easily access the functionality MailEr puts at your disposal.

Speaking about functionality, here is what you can expect to get from MailEr: create new contacts, import contacts from Facebook/Google/vCard, manage a list of contacts, compose and send out emails, format the text used as the email message body, attach files to outgoing emails, schedule email messages to be sent out automatically, manage scheduled emails, launch MailEr at startup, enable DragSend and email files by dragging and dropping them onto MailEr, enable Quick Compose Bar and easily open the email composer, history or all sent emails, support for multiple accounts.

Please note that the MailEr trial is limited to 20 uses. You should also note that the trial does note let you enable DragSend, use imgMailEr, or manage scheduled emails.

MailEr gives you an efficient means of sending out emails and scheduling emails that need to be sent out.

Pros

The system requirements for running MailEr aren’t very high. Installing the application, registering it, and adding email accounts is a straightforward matter. MailEr features a nice interface that clearly displays all the features the application has to offer. Send emails, schedule emails, import contacts, and other handy features are offered.

Cons

Limited functionality in the trial version.
